Goals and ActionsLast week I talked about excuses and how some people say they want things to be a certain way (eg. they WANT to exercise, or they WANT to lose weight), but they create excuses or give reasons for why their actions aren’t matching up with what they say they want.

This was also a ‘hot topic’ with my group coaching clients this week, so I decided to elaborate in this week’s video.
