Be nice to your bodyLast week, I spent 7 days away in Toronto taking a course. It was essentially about the unconscious mind and how to use it to change our thoughts, change our habits, change our behaviors, and therefore change our results and outcomes. When we do all of that, we create a world for ourselves in which we become happy, healthy, and wealthy! Exciting stuff, eh? I am bringing the tools and techniques I learned there to the women I work with so they can get better results in less time, and do it in a way that is easy and effortless.
